We are an open deck and specialized freight company that transports steel, building materials, machinery, and other types of cargo throughout the entire United States. Within your role, you will be responsible for safety, financials, dispatch sales, recruitment, maintenance, and the overall operations.
This Position is responsible for maintaining weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; Managing approximately $400,000 to $3,840,000+ in monthly sales volumes.
Responsibilities include:
- Review key performance indicators for each department daily, weekly, & monthly
- Maintain sales targets as a fleet unit, for each department and individually
- Assist terminal employees with sales, operations and support when necessary
- Meet with each department manager and leader consistently to maintain goals
- Participate in a fun, energetic, driver-focused sales group in friendly competition
- Managing 20-120 trucks and ensure their individual success on a monthly basis
- Connect with your drivers/customers on a weekly basis to ensure satisfaction
- Handle all reported truck malfunctions, any interpersonal issues, or any other daily needs that cannot be resolved on the floor by the other team members

This Position is responsible for maintaining weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring targets; Managing approximately 2 to 8 successful driver recruits every month.
Responsibilities include:
- Call, text, email, and engage in social communication with driver candidates
- Hold phone/in-person/video meetings with candidates in order to answer FAQs
- Transition candidates from cold/warm/hot leads to fully trained MadCo drivers
- Generate driver leads at truck stops with booth, postcards, or bandit signs
- Manage lead list and help marketing team generate additional leads
- Manage appointment setting team and support team when goals expand
- Report to management in regards to weekly, monthly and quarterly hiring goals
- Lead in person onboarding meetings and training alongside safety manager

Within your role, you will be responsible for safety, equipment inspections, accidents, insurance, driver qualification, and hours of service.
This position is responsible for maintaining weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual safety targets; Managing approximately 20 to 120+ company drivers and owner operators.
Responsibilities include:
- Review safety performance for each driver daily, weekly, & monthly
- Review drivers hours of service, inspection reports, and documentation
- Review driver qualifications, truck, trailer, and equipment quarterly inspections
- Manage insurance relationship based on recruitment and dispatch needs
- Manage accidents, cargo claims, and other safety measures that need action
- Manage driver safety bonus program with clean inspections and quarters
Qualifications include:

Responsibilities include:
- Paid to talk to people, build relationships, negotiate, manage sales process, etc.
- Invest time regularly in your sales training provided to your junior dispatcher
- Participate in a fun, energetic, driver-focused sales group in friendly competition

Within your role, you will be responsible for helping our management, safety, recruitment, accounting, dispatch and/or corporate teams.
This Position is responsible for helping all the teams and you will be responsible for helping us keep the office from burning down on a regular basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist dispatch team with TMS data entry, track n trace, load cycle updates, etc
- Assist recruitment team with applications, paperwork, and onboarding materials
- Assist safety team with inspections, documents, schedules, and misc papers
- Assist accounting team with payroll, AP, AR, bookkeeping, schedule, and mic
- Assist management team with performance, KPIs, equipment, paperwork, etc
- Assist corporate team with finance, marketing, HR, legal, and other needs
- Assist terminal employees with sales, operations and support when necessary
- Connect with corporate, managers, and team to ensure their needs are met
- Manage Hubspot CRM, OpenRoad TMS, Emails, Phone Calls, Messages, etc
